Personal Training (PT) is a great choice if you have limitations, a very specific goal in mind, or if you simply don’t enjoy group training. Each PT session will be designed to meet your specific needs. An in depth consultation and fitness evaluation is the first step and will help determine the best plan for you.

The consultation is simply a conversation; it’s how we get to know each other! It allows you the opportunity to explain your goals in more detail and ask any questions you may have. I will also gather basic background information such as your current and past fitness experience and determine if you have any limitations to exercise, such as common back or knee issues.
The fitness evaluation (FE) includes your measurements, bodyfat % and weight* plus a series of exercises. The FE is used to establish a baseline of your current fitness level. We will re-evaluate after 8 weeks. Most people are amazed to see the progress they have made in such a short period of time. This helps to keep you motivated; you have proof that your body is changing and you are getting stronger.
*Tracking your body fat and measurements is the BEST way to gauge results – NOT tracking weight!

PT can help you reach your fitness goals more quickly. 
Whether your goal is to build lean muscle, increase endurance, lose weight or all of the above – PT is more effective because every workout is designed specifically for you and your goals.
